I came up with the technique after trying to find a way to fit quick meditation sessions in while on lunch break at work. I would follow the 5 steps in my car and still have time to eat and text when I was done.
I learned to adopt this into my life whenever I couldn't get my regular meditation session in.
I'm going back to school for the spring semester and it got me thinking how I will need to use this 5 minute technique a lot. That led to me to thinking about how others can benefit from this technique too. That is why I wrote this short ebook for everyone who is short on time.
This is perfect for anyone who is busy at work, school, watching kids etc...Although this was specifically designed for short duration meditation it still works great for long durations.
